ကြားကာလဖက်ဒရယ်သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားကောင်စီ (မြန်မာနိုင်ငံ) ဖွဲ့စည်းခြင်း
၁။ မြန်မာနိုင်ငံအား ဖက်ဒရယ်ဒီမိုကရေစီနိုင်ငံတော်ဖြစ်ပေါ်စေရန် တည်ဆောက်နေဆဲကြားကာလတွင် ဓမ္မဘက်မှရပ်တည်သော မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားများအတွက် လိုင်စင်ကိစ္စရပ်များအပါအဝင် သူနာပြု၊ သားဖွားရေးရာကိစ္စရပ်များကို တတ်စွမ်းသမျှ ကူညီဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနိုင်ပါရန်နှင့် ဖက်ဒရယ် ကျန်းမာရေးပညာရှင်များကောင်စီ၏ လမ်းညွှန်ချက်များအတိုင်း ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးနိုင်ပါရန်ရည်ရွယ်၍ ကြားကာလဖက်ဒရယ်သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားကောင်စီအား ၂၀၂၂ခုနှစ်၊ ဩဂုတ်လ (၈) ရက်နေ့တွင် စတင် ဖွဲ့စည်းခဲ့ပါသည်။ ဖက်ဒရယ်ကျန်းမာရေးပညာရှင်များကောင်စီတွင် အဖွဲ့ဝင်အဖြစ်ပါဝင်ဆောင်ရွက်နေသော သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားကိုယ်စားလှယ် ဆရာမက ကြားကာလဖက်ဒရယ်သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားကောင်စီ၏ ဥက္ကဌ အဖြစ်ဆောင်ရွက်၍ ပြည်နယ်၊တိုင်းဒေသကြီး ၁၅ခုမှ သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားကိုယ်စားလှယ်များ ပါဝင်ဖွဲ့စည်း ထားပါသည်။
၂။ ကြားကာလဖက်ဒရယ်သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားကောင်စီ၏ ရည်ရွယ်ချက်များမှာ
(က) သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားများအတွက် ကာကွယ်မှုပေးနိုင်သော မူဝါဒများ၊ ဥပဒေများပြင်ဆင်ရေးဆွဲခြင်း။
(ခ) သူနာပြု၊သားဖွားများရရှိခဲ့သည့် ဘွဲ့ဒီဂရီအလိုက်အသိအမှတ်ပြုလက်မှတ်များ၊ထောက်ခံချက်များ၊ လုပ်ငန်းလိုင်စင်များထုတ်ပေးနိုင်ရေး စီစစ်၍ ဆောင်ရွက်ပေးရန်။
(ဂ) မြန်မာနိုင်ငံသူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားပညာရပ်များကို နိုင်ငံတကာစံညွှန်းများနှင့်အညီ မြှင့်တင်ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်နှင့် ဖွင့်လှစ်ဆောင်ရွက်နေကြသော သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားအတတ်ပညာ သင်တန်းများ၊ကျောင်းများ၏ အရည်အသွေးကို ထိန်းသိမ်းမြှင့်တင်ပေးရန်၊
(ဃ) သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားပညာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာများကို စဉ်ဆက်မပြတ်လေ့လာဆည်းပူးခြင်း လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအား ထိန်းသိမ်းမြှင့်တင်ပေးရန်၊
(င) သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားကျင့်ဝတ်သိက္ခာများကို လိုက်နာစောင့်ထိန်းရေးအား ကြပ်မတ်ထိန်းသိမ်းရန်၊
(စ) ပြည်သူလူထုအား တန်းတူညီမျှသော ကျန်းမာရေးစောင့်ရှောက်မှု ရရှိစေရေး အဆင့်ဆင့်ကြီးကြပ် ဆောင်ရွက်ရန်၊
၃။ ကြားကာလဖက်ဒရယ်သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားကောင်စီမှ အောက်ဖော်ပြပါ လုပ်ငန်းစဉ်များအား ရှေ့ဆက် ဆောင်ရွက်သွားမည်ဖြစ်ပါသည်။
(က) သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားဆိုင်ရာ မူဝါဒများ၊ ဉပဒေများ ပြင်ဆင်ညှိနှိုင်းရေးဆွဲခြင်း၊
(ခ) သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားအင်အားစုအတွက် အချက်အလက်များ စစ်ဆေးခြင်း၊
(ဂ) သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားလိုင်စင်ကိစ္စရပ်များအတွက် သတင်းအချက်အလက်များ စီစစ်လက်ခံခြင်း၊
(ဃ) သူနာပြုနှင့်သားဖွားပညာရပ်ဆိုင်ရာ အရည်အသွေးမြှင့်တင်မှု အကဲဖြတ်မှတ်တမ်းများ ပြင်ဆင်ဆောင်ရွက်ခြင်း၊

Establishment of Interim Federal Nursing and Midwifery Council(IFNMC)
The announcement is hereby made that an Interim Federal Nursing and Midwifery Council (IFNMC) has been established on August 8, 2022 to present as a professional body for Nurses and midwives who stands for justice, to carry out issuing licenses, to serve and care for the overall welfare of nurses and midwives during the interim period as the country moving forward to the Federal Democracy.
IFNMC is made up of a professional expert who is also a nursing and midwifery professional member of the Federal Health Professional Council (FHPC), and representatives from 15 states and regions across the country.
The objectives of the Interim Federal Nursing and Midwifery Council (IFNMC) are,
a. To re-formulate policies and laws that protects nurses and midwives
b. To approve and provide acknowledgement and recognition of nursing and midwifery qualifications be it undergraduate or postgraduate, and to issue a license to practise with or without restrictions.
c. To upgrade the nursing and midwifery professional education to be internationally recognised and to supervise and promote the current deliveries of nursing and midwifery education by Interim Nursing and Midwifery schools and universities are of better quality
d. To supervise and promote the learning of continuous nursing and midwifery professional knowledge, skills and proficiency
e. To supervise and promote the nursing and midwifery professional ethics are adhered by nurses and midwives at all times
f. To supervise, ensure and promote the provision of health services by nurses and midwives to the public are equitably from a safe, reliable and good quality
The current functions of the Interim Federal Nursing and Midwifery Council (IFNMC) are,
a. Re-formulating policies and laws for nursing and midwifery professions
b. Collecting nursing and midwifery workforce data across the country
c. Collecting and filtering data for nursing and midwifery licensure
d. Re-structuring the framework of quality assurance and accreditation for nursing and midwifery professional education
